Chef DJ Gay hailed from Northern Louisiana and currently living in Dallas, TX after finishing culinary school at a 4.0 Dean’s List graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, Fl. She was a contestant on Food Network’s Chopped At Home and finished runner up. Chef DJ has been cooking for over 7 years now in 5 star restaurants, but her passion to create her own meals and bless souls have led her to the next journey in life.... being a personal chef/caterer.
Chef DJ expertise is comfort food, Italian, and of course southern! While having experience in a variety of cuisines and she love to cook all food from scratch; even desserts. Her goal is to provide every reader with a growling stomach some soul touching food using her absolute favorite ingredient.....
